Headspace Student Library Lounge
Headspace focuses on providing people with healthy coping mechanisms for mindfulness during times of stress. College students often forget these methods during times of intense pressure like finals week. That’s why Headspace will redesign library study rooms during this time to provide them with a physical space to clear their minds and regain focus in a healthy way. Headspace will select the University’s study rooms to redesign using the Princeton Review’s list of colleges with the highest numbers of hours spent studying. Guided meditations, thoughtful reminders, comfortable seating and efficient work areas will give students the tools they need to stay on track and get some Headspace during this stressful time.
